Dr Vicky Cleak MBChB MRCPsych PGDip MA
I’m Dr Vicky Cleak, a consultant psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience in adult mental health. I specialise in ADHD and neurodiversity, anxiety and depression, and the complex relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing.
I work with adults who are seeking clarity, support, and effective treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach is warm, evidence-based and person-centred – I listen carefully, explore your unique story, and help you find a way forward.
I live in Hampshire with my husband, children and cat, Bella. I try to practice what I preach by going to yoga and/ or for a run once a week, as well as cooking mostly from scratch with my life saving Thermomix. I enjoy printmaking, painting and craft and exploring new places on holiday with friends and family.
Depth of Experience
I’ve worked across every level of psychiatric care and bring a wealth of knowledge to complex or overlapping conditions.
ADHD & Neurodiversity Expertise
I offer up-to-date, evidence-based ADHD assessments and holistic support, including for those with overlapping anxiety, depression or autistic traits.
Person-Centred Approach
I take time to listen, understand your goals, and support you with compassion and clarity.
Integrated Perspective
With medical training and additional qualifications in coaching, CBT, education, and neuropsychiatry, I help patients connect the dots between their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
